Thank you so much for an absolutely magical holiday. The location is so beautiful and peaceful and the cottages just perfect. The children had such a wonderful time, they loved the dogs, egg collecting, tractors and pool. We adults enjoyed seeing them so happy and making the most of the countryside and activities on walks, tractor ride and views.

What a fabulous time we had at the wedding on Saturday! The setting was amazing and all the guests were very impressed with the venue. A brilliant day was enjoyed by all. So much love, joy and happiness!

This is to thank you and your family for a wonderful holiday on your farm. Everything was first class from the weather to the egg collecting each day. The welcome that was given with homemade cakes was 'The icing on the cake'! Lovely. We really didn't want to leave.

Many many thanks for letting us use your wonderful workshop cafe for his celebration of life. Being able to use it allowed us to share time together with friends. Actually, it was like a big hug since he enjoyed the view with a cup of coffee.

Thank you again for all your patient help in the run up to the wedding. Everyone loved the farm, the church and of course the barn which is stunning. We enjoyed every minute and their wedding was very personal and special.

Just  a note to say a big thank you for the wonderful stay at 2 Byre Cottage in April.  We all enjoyed ourselves.  Theo loved collecting the eggs.  We all got back to Ireland safely.  We would love to stay again sometime.  Thanks again!

Gail and Grahame are the most patient, attentive and good hearted venue proprietors you could wish to meet, which would be enough on its own, but they also happen to own a slice of campestral heaven in the Sussex countryside. They and their wonderful premises made our wedding utterly magical, and we cannot thank them enough.

We so enjoyed our stay with you, it offered us everything and more!  If we find ourselves needing to stay in the area or find an excuse to come again, we will!

I just wanted to thank you for your warm welcome when we visited Sullington.  Everyone seemed to really enjoy their afternoon and to be appreciative of your hospitality and of the time you spent explaining about the restoration work. We all wished we could take the beautiful view of the Downs home with us ….

Ryan and I want to take time to thank you for the most perfect venue for our wedding! Thank you for your hospitality!  We truly had the best weekend spent at Sullington Manor, the weather couldn't have been better and the surroundings were just beautiful.

Just a little note to say, once more, thank you for everything.  We had such a wonderful wedding and everyone's been gushing about how amazing the barn is, for days! We only wish we could do it all over again. Give our love to Pepper & Digby and we hope to be back in the South Downs again very soon.

You have become a special friend to us. I can't thank you enough for your thoughtfulness to Paul. He did enjoy being here. He also enjoyed being able to sit in the cafe "after hours". Being here has improved his thinking. It made a great difference here and with longtime friends. We did enjoy our getaway.

Sullington is a truly special place and we felt so lucky to bring all our loved ones together there for our wedding day!

It was great to be back at Byre Cottages this year and lovely to see you too. We would love to book again for next year. Jack is finally getting his wish of staying for (almost) 2 weeks!

They all loved their stay so much that they want to come back at half term as well as in August!

We really enjoyed our weekend at Sullington and appreciate all the help (and cakes) you gave us. The walks were spectacular and the accommodation very comfortable - we had everything we needed. You certainly live in a very special place!

Thank you for supplying the venue for last Sunday and our Stable Antiques’ Summer Party. We were 34 at the final count and all were most impressed with the barn thinking that it would be ideal for an antiques fair. Once again, a very big ‘thank you’ on behalf of all who thoroughly enjoyed the event.

Thank you so much for everything. The barn and whole setting was superb and everyone commented on how lovely it was. We all had a lovely time and it was great to spend time with our families over the weekend. Thank you again.

My husband and I visited the cafe at noon today and were delighted by the quality and the choice of fare. Given the cooler weather and lockdown we greatly appreciated your initiative and service in opening at this time.

At the cosy little cafe we shared the cheese platter, followed by the butternut squash soup each and then shared a slice of coffee cake. The food was excellent and would call again.

Terrific - really very good. Thoroughly recommended.
