Unwind, relax and recharge at the farm. We’ve got a bit of everything for those who love simple luxuries and the outdoors.
As a family who have been farming here since 1950s, we feel a sense of place. We’re conscious of the inspiration of the farm and connections it holds. Tangible links with people of the past evident in the ancient buildings but also in the landscape. We’re a small fragment of the story here.

Directions to our self-catering holiday cottages from M25, Junction
Journey time approx 1 hour
Follow signs to Dorking. Take A24 past Dorking towards Worthing. At junction of A24 with A283 take exit to Storrington and Pulborough. In approx. 1 mile note a large road sign indicating a right turn to an industrial estate this is, in fact, a crossroads. Turn left at the crossroads into Sullington Lane, to Sullington Parish Church. Where lane bends sharply left take the right hand fork up the concrete track into the farmyard. Turn sharply left beside the Tithe barn for Byre Cottages. Parking is in front of the holiday cottages. Please call at the farmhouse to make known your arrival.

Follow signs for M25 South and Gatwick. At Junction 9 of M25, follow signs to Dorking. Take A24 past Dorking towards Worthing. At junction of A24 with A283 take exit to Storrington and Pulborough. Take M23 South towards Brighton. At junction and Pease Pottage services take A264 towards Horsham, continue on A254 towards Horsham until you see signs for Worthing then follow signs to Worthing. Follow A24 towards Worthing to roundabout junction with A283 and take exit to Storrington and Pulborough. In approx. 1 mile note a large road sign indicating a right turn to an industrial estate this is, in fact, a crossroads. Turn left at the crossroads into Sullington Lane, to Sullington Parish Church.
