All of the cottages at Sullington Manor Farm offer self-contained, single storey accommodation and facilities include everything to make your holiday comfortable.
Each holiday cottage has a combination boiler to provide hot water at all times and central heating when you want it, a gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD and free wi-fi. Bed linen and towels (one hand towel, one larger towel per person; please bring your own beach towels) are provided. Fuel costs are included from June to September.

Byre Cottage 1.
SLEEPS 6
Includes an open plan living/dining room and kitchen and one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath.
The cottage also has a private south (the sunny side!) facing patio with barbecue, furniture and plants and a shared lawn with garden furniture.
Byre Cottage 2.
SLEEPS 4
Separated slightly from the other cottages, has its own car entry/parking area off Sullington Lane. The cottage opens onto open plan living/dining room and kitchen and features one double bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath.
There is also has a private patio with barbeque, furniture and herbs and a shared lawn with garden furniture.
Byre Cottage 3.
SLEEPS 4
Includes an original Victorian stone step into the cottage and features a hallway that leads to open plan living/dining room with kitchen. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The cottage also has a private patio with barbeque, furniture and herbs and shared lawn with garden furniture.
Byre Cottage 4.
SLEEPS 6
Includes an open plan living room and kitchen with separate dining conservatory. Along a hallway to the right of the front door is a double bedroom, next to that a small bunk room, a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, and at the end a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
This cottage shares a lawn with the other holiday cottages.
What you can expect from your stay
Nestled underneath the South Downs with miles of footpaths and bridleways to enjoy straight from your doorstep. Relax and unwind on the farm, by our outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. Or you could collect a few delicious bites from our café on site for a picnic on top of the Downs, maybe?!
The options are endless!
We’re delighted to welcome everybody, from those who want to adventure in the outdoors and those who would like some respite in a tranquil spot. You can find maps of our favourite walks inside the cottages.
The cottages also work well for extended family groups who hire all cottages and have exclusive use of the cottages, pool and tennis court.
Our Facilities
Holiday guests have the use of an outdoor heated pool from May – end of September, tennis court, table tennis table, outdoor toys for younger children and private patio areas. There are many footpaths and walks to enjoy on the farm, including the South Downs Way. Children are welcome to collect fresh eggs daily from our free range hens and Pepper and Birdie, the farm spaniels, are a highlight of many holidays!
Yet the shops, pubs and cafes of Storrington are less than five minutes away, beaches are half an hour and London is only an hour and a half – this really is the best of all worlds!

Gas and electricity are included during the summer months (May – Sept) and charged, according to usage, at the end of your stay from October to April.
Please leave the cottages tidy. If guests wish to have all the cleaning done for them this can be done for an extra charge of £50 for No 4, £40 for Nos 2, 3 & 5 and £30 for No 1.

Bookings
Bookings should be confirmed by payment of £150 deposit per cottage per week or part week booked, the balance should be paid at least two months prior to arrival, or in cash on arrival. Regretfully we cannot return deposits.
Check in and check out
Stays are a minimum of three nights, can be arranged from any day of the week depending on availability. Guests are asked to arrive at 4pm or after and to vacate by 10am. Further directions will be sent once your holiday is confirmed.
Short breaks and Winter stays
Short Breaks (not including both Friday and Saturday nights) of three nights are available for 85% of the weekly rate, four nights is 90% of the weekly rate, and five nights available is for 95% of the weekly rate. Six nights is available for 100% of the weekly rate.
Our self-catering holiday cottages are available for holiday bookings all year. In winter months we are very pleased to offer some longer rentals if, for example, people are moving house.
