Byre Cottage 4

4 Byre Cottages is the only three bedroomed holiday cottage and has an original, slightly uneven, stone step of approx 6ins/15cms into the cottage.
The cottage accommodation at 4 Byre Cottages features an open plan living room and kitchen with separate dining conservatory. Along a hallway to the right of the front door are a double bedroom (one 4ft 6ins/135cms bed), next to that a small bunk room (two 2ft 6ins/75cms beds), a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, and at the end a twin bedroom (two 3ft/90cm beds) with en-suite shower room.

These super country cottages at Sullington Manor Farm, all offer self-contained, single storey accommodation and facilities include everything to make your self-catering holiday comfortable.   Each holiday cottage has a combination boiler to provide hot water at all times and central heating when you want it, a gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD and wi-fi. Bed linen and towels are provided (one hand towel, one larger towel per person; please bring your own beach towels). Fuel costs are included from June to September.

All cottages are continually updated and redecorated.

The cottages share a communal laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers (operate with 50p/£1), ironing facilities and garden furniture.
Holiday guests, staying in the cottages, can use the lovely outdoor swimming pool from late May until early September. The club standard tennis court can be used all year. There is also a table tennis table, Wendy house and outdoor toys for younger children.

Stays are arranged from Monday – Monday, guests are asked to arrive after 4pm and leave by 10am, on the day of departure.
